You have no idea how FABULOUS your Team Is! I have not been to the dentist for over 20 years, due to a horrific experience and I have called many places trying to get myself back to the dentist, but couldn't go through with it, until yesterday when I found Rotem. From the first phone call through my first visit - I was astonished that everyone generally cared about me, my fears, my embarrassment and took care of my biggest problem in the first visit! They made me so comfortable through the x-rays - Laura took extra care to get me through them, and then since I was still in one piece and not trying to run out the door - they asked if I wanted them to start working on my teeth right then - this was outstanding - knowing I would go through the fear again if I had to come back another day. They stayed late to finish and I went home in shock that just yesterday morning, I had no idea what a great day it would be, and my fears would finally be behind me. The greetings from the front desk put me at ease immediately and one of them was in training and she did fabulous! Then I met Laura - an absolute angel and Dr. Rosenberger, who worked on me for hours - both were absolutely wonderful! I know I will be nervous going back for my second visit, but I know I will be put at ease and genuinely cared for by this fabulous team at Rotem Dental Care! Thank you so very much!
